Lionel Messi scores stunning first PSG goal vs Man City in Champions League

Lionel Messi scored his first goal for Paris Saint-Germain against Manchester City in the Champions League on Tuesday night.
The 34-year-old, who joined PSG after his Barcelona career came to an abrupt end in the summer, scored his first goal for the club in his fourth appearance.
Messi was injured in PSG's recent victories over Metz and Montpellier, but he returned to Mauricio Pochettino's starting lineup for the City match.
The famous six-time Ballon d'Or winner began up front with fellow superstars Neymar and Kylian Mbappe, but it was midfielder Idrissa Gueye who put the hosts 1-0 up at the Parc des Princes early on with a powerful close-range finish.
Bernardo Silva missed an open goal from two yards out that City could have equalized before halftime.

Despite a rather quiet evening, Messi stepped up in the 74th minute to score PSG's second goal - and it was well worth the wait.
