BBNaija 2021: Please do not tag me in Tega's video, actor Ime Bishop urges fans

Known as Okon Lagos, comedy actor Ime Bishop has requested that fans refrain from tagging him in videos of Shine Ya Eye housemate, Tega.

His message was posted to his Instagram page on Thursday, in which he explained that despite being from similar states, he shouldn't be tagged in her videos.

Earlier this week, Tega made headlines with a video of her kissing Boma in bed while in bed.

Due to Tega's status as the only married woman in the house with a child, this set off a storm.

As Bishop wrote in his recent post, "I am proud to be an Akwa Ibomite and to be blood-related to the Cross Riverians but please do not tag me again to any Tega video footage.". Too much has been seen and heard, please. A small-time problem with the apollo and the ear block does worry me. Oh, that's interesting! It is "(sic)"

Tega has denied being a Delta State indigene, but an aide to Delta State Governor, Ifeanyi Okowa, Ossai Success, said he is.

Taking to his verified Facebook page, the Special Assistant to the Governor on Media declared Delta married women behave differently from Tega natives.

"That Tega in #BBN is not from Delta State," he wrote, sharing a picture of the contestant. Our wives and married women don't behave like that.

With all due respect, I would like to point out that she hails from another state in Nigeria. She said she was from Cross Rivers State, in case you didn't know that."
